Passed all tests and I've completed a couple defrags, but I haven't found anything to resolve the issue. I thought it was a memory issue so I upgraded the RAM to 24.0GB and the memory issue was fixed. Why is my hard drive always running at 100% utilization, but the task manager is not showing enough processes that adds up?
